What is ATB?
ATB is a space for climbers (and others!) to discuss mindful preparation for their climbing objectives. This includes diving into the topics of fear and anxiety, as well as goal setting and risk assessment.
Why?
I started ATB while struggling with anxiety during my first mountaineering season. By sharing my experiences with others, I opened the door to more support than I ever predicted. That sense of community has made me stronger, and I want to share it with other climbers.
